Here is a quick and easy breakfast drink that I make after a great workout at boot-camp.
Ingredients
1 Cup Water
1 Tbsp. Flax Seed
1 Cup Rasperries
1 Banana
1/4 Cup Spinach
1 Tbsp. Almond Butter
2 Tsp. Lemon
Optional: I add a scoop of USANA Vanilla Nutrimeal.
